Payless Building Supply, an employee owned company, has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper. The qualified candidate must be organized, detail oriented, dependable, and a team player. We require this person to have 2 years of college, 2 years of practical business experience, or equivalent. This candidate must have good interpersonal skills, ability to operate a computer, 10 key calculator, and multi-line telephone system. You must also have the ability to perform mathematical calculations and knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and principles. This is a high volume payable position. You must be able to work quickly and accurately, and make all discount deadlines. This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, working in the Corporate office.
