Position: Senior Design-Build Project Manager

General contractor (most trades subcontracted)
Commercial, industrial, agricultural and education construction
Mix of public and private
Mix of design-build and hard bid projects

Projects from 1 to 30 Million Dollars
Annual Revenue 40 Million Dollars
About the Position
Pre-construction
o Manage design professionals
o MEP design coordination with subcontractors
o Manage utility applications and design
o Client relations
o Create preliminary master schedule
o Conceptual estimating
o Lead RFP pursuits
Construction
o Manage all of above from office
o Lead weekly OAC meetings
o Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs

About you
Highly self-motivated, Problem Solver
5 Years’ experience commercial construction
Prefer CM degree
Someone looking to settle in the area
Ethical
Great communication skills
