C Y Property Management has an immediate opening for an On-site Resident Manager position at one of our beautiful three bedroom townhome community less than one mile from Chico State. Position hours required: Monday – Friday, three hours per day. This community is on school year leases, though additional hours during spring and summer are available. The required three hours consist of: One hour of maintaining and keeping property clean and presentable. The additional two hours of responding to resident’s questions, scheduling maintenance requests, collecting rent payments.
Skills needed are:
Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, administrative team, and the public.
Resident Manager Experience is not required
