Job Description

Our Inside Sales Development Reps are part of our sales team and provide support to our Sales Executives to acquire new clients for Social High Rise. Reps are trained to understand social media philosophy, as it relates to restaurants and small businesses. Reps also go throughrigorous sales training to learn to qualify leads, overcome objections, close, and build andmaintain a strong sales pipeline over the phone and through email.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Make 25+ phone calls per hour
    • Sendappointment reminder emails to qualified leads
    • Send lead-nurturingemail campaigns to prospects
    • Learn andpractice how to overcome objections, closing techniques, and persuasive sales psychology
    • Bringan attitude of hustle every day
    • Rigorously tracksales activity
    • Analyzepersonal performance to find ways to improve
    • A bunch of other stuff that might come up, because after all, we're a startup, and things don't always follow a plan.

    DEFINITION OF SUCCESS:

    • Qualify 20leads per month
    • Schedule solid appointments with qualified prospects to speak with a Sales Executive
    • Inside Sales Development Reps are paid a base wage plus variable compensation based on qualified leads generated and leads closed
