Servers/Beertenders
The Handle Bar is looking for experienced, professional Servers/Beertenders for our fast-paced, growing Craft Beer Bar. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a relaxed, casual environment that makes Craft Beer approachable and welcoming. We believe it is our mission to take good care of everyone who walks through our doors and tailor our service to their needs.
We're looking for candidates that:
- Have at least 1 year of recent high volume service experience.
- Have above average communication skills.
- Have extensive Beer knowledge...hey, we're a beer bar! Seriously, though, if you don't know anything about beer, or you don't like beer, this probably isn't for you! We recommend you tell us something about your affinity for craft beer in your email.
- Have the ability to multitask to optimize efficiency.
- Works well under pressure.
- Believe that, above all else, customer service is the number one priority.
- Are self-motivated and work well with direction and independently.
- Present themselves professionally and exhibit outstanding reliability.
- Have flexible availability, with the ability to work nights and weekends.
