About Us:
Pacific Culture is a fermented foods business specializing in sauerkraut, pickles and kombucha. We have a certified organic kitchen in Chico and are passionate about creating new and exciting products using the best and most local ingredients available. We are a vendor at the Saturday morning Farmer's Market and supplier to a variety of businesses in Chico, Grass Valley, Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Looking for:
An honest and hard working individual with a passion for food and beverages. Experience in a commercial kitchen setting is preferred. We require a quick learner with an attention to detail who is up for the physical demands of the kitchen. This could be an exciting opportunity with room for growth for the right individual.
Position:
Production Assistant / Dishwasher
Primary roles
Cleaning (Dishes, tanks, kegs, brewing equipment)
Packaging (cold pack sauerkrauts and pickles into jars)
Vegetable processing (clean, scrub, peel, chop, etc)
