Behavior Evaluation and Systematic Treatment is a small company owned and run by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Northern California.
We are looking for an Applied Behavior Assistant to work with children diagnosed with autism in their homes. You can work as few or as many hours as you want and make your own schedule.

-Must have experience working with children with autism, developmental delays, challenging behavior
-Must have degree or be currently enrolled in school and working toward attaining a degree
-Must have a strong moral character and integrity
-Must pass background screening
-Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to homes in Chico, Gridley, Magalia and surrounding areas
-Will work closely with family to provide in-home services for children and should have knowledge of ABA methods, such as positive reinforcement, modeling, shaping, redirection, and general styles of positive interaction
-Must have personal initiative and creativity and be willing to work independently
Position is based on experience. Will be paid as a 1099 contractor. Cases available immediately. Supervision available for BCABA or BCBA students.
