Community Living Options is a 24/7 business (including weekends and holidays). Our staff work directly in a client’s home, not in a big facility. We have people who live alone or with a roommate or two. There is a maximum of three people in a residence.
Qualified Applicants must:
1. be 18 years old,
2. pass a fingerprint criminal background check (we pay the fee),
3. have reliable transportation,
4. be a dependable, friendly, compassionate person!
Available shifts are:
· 4:00pm to Midnight
· Midnight to 8:00am
· 8:00am to 4:00pm (very limited availability)
Wages start at $13.00 per hour and we pay you to train! We provide CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration training. We also pay you for Continuing Education classes.
We have expanded our BENEFITS:
· Monthly incentive bonus – must meet established criteria
· Medical – we pay 60% of the employee premium
· Dental and Vision – we pay 50% of the employee premium
· Paid vacation (starting at 40 hours)
· Paid sick leave - 24 Hours
· Paid Holidays – 7 days
· $25 Birthday bonus
· $25 Anniversary bonus (goes up $25 each year)
Here is what a typical day includes:
Getting your client ready for the day (helping them get dressed, making a nutritious breakfast and/or packing a lunch, administering medications),
Keeping the home clean and safe (basic housework and laundry),
Getting out of the house with the client while maintaining social distancing (walks around the block, zoom parties with family/friends, board games, movies at home, and much more)!
Preparing your client for the evening (bathing, cooking a healthy dinner, administering medications)
