Interim Healthcare is hiring an experienced Client Service Representative for our Personal Care office in Chico, CA. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Client Service Representative provides clerical support as it relates to the Client Service Supervisor with office operations.
CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
ï§ Experience in the healthcare or related healthcare/clerical industry (must be able to show your experience in this field.)
ï§ Receives referral calls, documents job orders, assists with scheduling, and organizes health care personnel.
ï§ Assists with payroll processing.
ï§ Creates files for employees.
ï§ Ensures all assigned office functions are completed.
CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
ï§ Excellent typing skills and telephone etiquette
ï§ Proven organizational skills and detail oriented.
ï§ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
ï§ Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
ï§ Must have the ability to interact patiently with both employees and clients.
ï§ Proficient in current software programs.
ï§ Ability to follow directions and work closely with on-site supervisor/manager.
ï§ Ability to be flexible yet be creative and accept challenges.
Assisted living experience could be a great advantage!
