Passages’ Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) helps Medicare beneficiaries understand Medicare, find options for health care insurance coverage, learn about long-term care insurance options, apply for low-income healthcare programs, report fraud, and resolve insurance problems.
The HICAP Volunteer Supervisor will provide primary support for, and supervision of, the volunteer staff including recruitment, training, and technical assistance. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
