Busy and growing medical office in need of Medical Assistants and Medical Receptionists. Looking to hire 4-5 people.
-Prefer minimum 6 months experience in a healthcare setting
-Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications
-Knowledge of practice management and word processing software
-Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
-Proven experience handling patients/customers and dealing with conflict
-Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments
-Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
-Neat, professional appearance
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Familiar with medical terminology
-Accurate and fast data entry skills
-Knowledge of insurances, deductibles, and obtaining authorizations
