EA Family Services is hiring a full-time Mental Health Quality Assurance Bookkeeper. This position requires reviews of clinical documentation, intake and ongoing paperwork, billing submission, MediCal certification, and required monthly personnel clearances for the Mental Health Program, in addition to other filing and maintenance responsibilities. Must have knowledge and experience with MediCal billing and documentation requirements, HIPAA, and an ability to work with and maintain relationships with representatives from multiple county Behavioral Health Systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, knowledge of Excel, and the ability to work within an Electronic Health Record strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. DOJ/FBI/CAIC clearances are required. Starting hourly rate depends upon experience. Email for range if interested. Excellent benefit package.
