We are looking for a new RDA to welcome to our office family!
Someone who desires a long term position and who carries positivity and passion in what they do. We are looking for a full-time candidate who is enthusiastic, driven, patient focused, and who can assist with a variety of procedures.
Compensation: Paid upon experience, we offer a highly competitive hourly wage, amazing benefits, and great hours.
Work days: Monday -Thursday
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years RDA experience
Active license for Registered Dental Assistant, in California
Current CPR Certification
Experience with in office whitening
Exposure to digital dentistry, such as cosmetic photography, intra -oral photos, scanning for CEREC crowns, and night guards
Has attention to detail, and is comfortable discussing dentistry with patients
Confident in making temporary crowns, both posterior and anterior
Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to develop relationships with patients and team
Prior use of Dentrix software (a plus, not required)
