Rats! We are losing our wonderful hygienist soon. Because of this, we are looking for a successor.
Registered Dental Hygienist needed for two days per week.
Work days are mid-week and can be any combination of Tues., Wed. or Thurs., 8:00-5:00. Previous experience in Hygiene is needed. The office has four treatment rooms and a staff of four, plus the hygienist. Office has been in Chico for 40 years.
You will be able to use all of your skills. Hygienist is encouraged to offer more services than hygiene and to play an expanded role in patient care.
Must have current license, vaccination history, certificates in local anesthesia and sealants and be knowledgable in soft tissue management and root planing. Also, must have knowledge of the various products, devices and techniques that help patients manage their oral care.
Previous experience as a dental assistant or in the front office is a definite advantage.
