Career Strategies is currently seeking Groundskeepers or Porters who are interested in joining the Property Management Industry in the Oroville, CA area.
The Apartment Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep, tidiness and cleanliness of the apartment community along with the responsibility of keeping the amenities of the community clean for the enjoyment of Current and Future Residents.
Duties may include some or all of the following (but are not limited to):
Landscaping and lawn care
Removal as-needed
Pick up trash and clean breezeways
Change bulbs in interior and exterior light fixtures
Must be able to move appliances and furniture
Exterior/ Interior touch up building maintenance
Lift 40-50 lbs and have the ability to physically manage painting as well as pressure washing
Assist maintenance staff as needed
