We are a little picky on hiring people for our company. Technicians represent our business and we only hire top notch people. The work is sometimes hard, and physically demanding but we treat our employees great.
Have you ever worked harder compared to the next person and received the same pay? Did that frustrate you? Then you will love working for us! We don't pay hourly. We feel that you should always be paid what your worth.
We pay a generous commission on all jobs. This isn't sales, all jobs are provided by the office. But the harder you work the more you get done the more you make. This in my opinion is the fairest way to pay employees. Harder working techs get paid more!
How much? Typical technicians will make between $100-$150 per day in commissions. Plus, when you provide excellent service, many customers will give a tip.
Qualifications:
1. Clean driving record
2. Clean cut and nicely groomed
3. Ability to work alone
4. Positive attitude
