Warehouse workers:
You will be the panel production team. Your day will involve cutting steel studs, drilling holes, screwing studs together, running electrical lines through the panels, spraying foam insulation, screwing plywood to panels, packing and shipping. Requires measurement skills, experienced in shop tools and operating forklift.
Construction Laborer/Apprentice/Journeyman/Lead/Site Supervisor:
The Construction laborer and apprentice are fulltime are full-time positions. We work Monday to Friday with some overtime. Typical work involves demo, panel installation (framing), rough plumbing and electrical, drywall, paint, tile, finish carpentry, etc. If you are skilled in some or all of these areas we would like to talk with you about joining our team. The amount of experience, knowledge, and leadership skills will qualify for which position. Must have clean driving record, as you may be asked to drive company trucks. Must show proof of COVID-19
vaccination and be willing to work and stay over nights throughout Northern California.
Project Manager:
Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial and residential construction; preferably someone with a construction license. Experience in supervising carpentry and laborer crews. Maintain detailed and accurate daily logs. Ability to supervise all phases of construction, schedule crews, order materials, manage trade partners and ability to manage 5 projects at a time on budget and within scheduled. Must have strong computer and communication skills. We offer competitive salary based on experience.
