Experienced Carpenter repairman wanted for Pest Control company located in Magalia.
Position is full-time 40-60 hrs per week.
Candidate MUST have experience with termite and dry-rot repairs including eaves/roofing, siding trim, decks, flooring, painting and framing. Must be able to work both in a team and work alone without supervision. Must be able to work at heights on ladders, under buildings, handle confined spaces and dealing with bugs.
Preferred candidate will have a excellent work ethic, be a good listener, follow instructions well, be able to perform hard labor at a fast pace and have a positive team player attitude. Licence and training is available to the right candidate. Branch II or III license preferred.
Hand tools and bags required. Power tool and company vehicle provided.
Candidate must have a valid California drivers license and have their own reliable vehicle to travel to and from Magalia shop. Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Pay is competitive and dependent on experience.
