Maintenance and cleaning duties:
Making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms
Dust and polish furniture and fittings
Empty and clean trash containers
Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers and glass surfaces
Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
Responds to guest queries and requests
Contribute to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others
Shift:
11pm - 7:30am
3pm - 11:30pm
5pm - 11:30am
10am - 6:30pm
Requirements:
Previous maintenance/cleaning experience preferred
Must be customer-service oriented with excellent follow-through skills
Strong work history a must
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
Assist other members of the facilities management staff as necessary
Essential Functions may involve one or more of the following:
Carrying, bending, stooping, pushing, climbing stairs, reaching overhead and working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
