General Job Description: Performs vehicle modifications including installation of van floors, wheel chair lifts, power steps, power doors, seating systems, vehicle accessories, and fabrication of parts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and follow instructions from leads/supervisors, instruction sheets and plans
Physical strength and stamina required to lift and move items 50lbs or more
Work ethic: be on time, motivated and trustworthy to work alone or in teams
Safe use of power/hand tools, vehicle lifts/forklifts and all safety equipment
Manufacturing, fabrication and installation of flooring products with high quality workmanship
Valid California Drivers License and ability to operate full size vehicles
Basic vehicle electrical knowledge: wiring, connections etc.
Helpful related skills and experience: Manufacturing, Assembly, Cabinetry, Solar, Construction
Schedule: 4 x 10 Hour days Monday thru Thursday, 6am to 4:45pm
