Position Overview:
Maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities
Functions:
Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and other systems
Preventative maintenance on all facility equipment
All building related maintenance (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Assist with installation and implementation of new machinery and processes
Timely and efficient completion of projects
Understands and utilizes proactive, reactive and preventative maintenance
Maintains and enables the Total Productive Maintenance program
Communicates well via email, phone and in-person
Utilizes maintenance software to track services to equipment
Represent employer with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Supports and maintains excellent working relationships with production staff
Adhere to policies and support management decisions and goals in a
positive, professional manner

Required Proficiencies:
Word processing, computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Must possess a valid California driver’s license
Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred

Reports to: VP of Engineering and Operations
Flexible Shift: 4x10’s: 12 noon to 10:30pm? Monday thru Thursday?
On-Call for breakdowns
