Beyond Inclusion Day Services, a program of AMJaMB (amjamb.com) is looking for people that are interested in growing with the company. We serve people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are currently looking for a fun and energetic, yet calm person to work as a 1:1 ratio with our day service program in the community setting.
AMJaMB Beyond Inclusion employees are there to support and assist our clients with whatever their needs may be. To help them enjoy a safe and healthy environment, develop positive and safe relationships and discover the many opportunities to live, work and play in the world we all live.
Basic requirements include:
Outgoing and energetic
Dependable
Flexible
Willingness to support the needs of individuals in the circumstances that correspond to the person's desired rhythm of daily life.
California Driver's License
Vehicle Insurance
Pass Criminal Background check
Pass physical and drug screen test
