Mountain Valley Child and Family Services is looking for motivated individuals to be positive role models for our youth. We are located on a 900-acre ranch setting, which provides a therapeutic space for the youth to be outdoors and doing activities such as woodshop, welding, caring for animals, sports and more with the support of awesome staff like YOU! You will be part of a dedicated team working towards each child's educational goals, personal goals, and so much more! We offer ongoing paid training for our employees and a fun, collaborative work environment. Join our team to make a difference in these children's lives! We have many different shifts available to work with your schedule.
Split shift and weekend staff sleeping quarters may be available

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma / general equivalency diploma (GED)
At least 21 years of age
Ability to walk, run, bend, climb, and lift
Successfully complete a DOJ Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, and provide a DMV record
