Established property management company is looking for a couple to work as Assistant Manager at one of our Chico properties. This position is part-time and is available immediately. Duties are diverse and include, but are not limited to:
Work Friday and Saturday in the office. Up to 15 hours per week.
Heavy phones.
Heavy filing.
Faxing.
Writing receipts.
Work the office when the manager is sick or on vacation.
Thoroughly walk property daily and clean areas as needed.
Keep dumpster areas picked up.
Clean laundry facilities.

Compensation is FREE RENT on a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. This unit is downstairs, 950 square feet and has an enclosed patio. Value of this unit is $885 per month. Additionally, water, garbage and sewer is also paid.
