Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist clients
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information
when needed
-Update appointment calendars and schedule appointments
-Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
-Data input
-Ability to learn software program
Ability to Multi-Task
Assisting in marketing
Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office and basic copy, fax, scan, and telephone systems.
-Solid communication skills both written and verbal
-Must be organized and detail-oriented
-Have reliable transportation
-Valid CA Drivers License
