We are currently seeking a full-time performance driven Resident Manager with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to manage one of our prime apartment locations in Chico. Real Estate industry experience a plus. This is a rewarding and tremendous career opportunity.

Principal Duties:
- Enforcing House rules in a professional manner.
- Marketing units (phone calls, meeting prospects, showing units, etc.)
- Rent collection
- Coordinating vendors and contractors for monthly services, repairs, and unit turnover
- Administration of move-in/move-out/tenant notices/etc.
- Coordinating with on-site maintenance
- Manage tenant disputes
- Other duties typically associated with the position such as some maintenance " light bulbs, door knobs, clogged sinks etc" This is required.
- Living on-site is mandatory (rent-free apartment, internet and phone as compensation)
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- AppFolio property software or computer skills.
- Knowledge and previous experience as a Resident Manager or Property Manager
- Excellent organization, verbal and written communication, and time management skills
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Good computer skills, including email and Excel
- Understand local rent rules, regulations, and Fair Housing
- Ability to identify and act on priorities
- Experience in maintaining properties in excellent quality
- Clean record.
