C Y Property Management has an immediate opening for an energetic, positive, friendly, hardworking addition to our team. This leasing agent position is at our beautiful apartment community in Oroville. Position hours are Tuesday through Friday 2 pm to 6 pm, Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. This is the perfect opportunity for those that would like to gain management experience and work in a fast pace office/sales environment.
Leasing Agent duties include: leasing apartments, application processing, resident assistance, coordinating resident activities/functions, and general office tasks. You must have previous experience in a fast paced business environment, be able to multi-task and perform all duties with professionalism, attention to detail and organizational abilities. Required skills include MS Office Suite and ability to type 45 WPM. Property Management software experience is a plus. Compensation for this position includes an hourly rate (based on experience).
