Property Management company has an immediate opening for a full-time Property Manager in Chico.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise small team of maintenance staff
Inspect apartment buildings regularly and monthly
Market the property in the community to generate resident prospects
Touring prospects and leasing them apartments
Enforce resident leases and community policies
Maintain occupancy levels
Prepare and serve all tenant notices
Monitor and enforce rent collections
Vendors: communicate with, obtain and approve bids and coordinate
Meet the financial goals of the property
Oversee the scheduling of the maintenance staff and the completion of work orders
Solve problems and address the concerns of current and prospective residents.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and current proof of auto insurance required.
A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
Minimum of 2 years required property management experience. Section 8 experience a plus.
Basic computer knowledge to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Yardi software experience is a plus!
Frequent walking, bending and climbing stairs; Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Typing required.
Ability to effectively manage a team.
Able to maintain a professional, upbeat attitude.
