Looking for a part-time job that is challenging and rewarding? We have the job for you! Resident Assistant Management team needed for our large apartment community in West Chico. This position will be available approximately June 15, 2019. Duties include:
Working the office 2 days a week, up to 14 hours a week.
Answering busy phones.
Showing vacancies.
Moving in new residents.
Writing receipts.
Filling in for manager when they're on vacation.
Cleaning 3 laundry rooms.
Picking up the grounds and keeping dumpster area's clean.
Taking daily pool readings.

Remuneration:
Two bedroom apartment in exchange for duties. Unit is 950 square feet and is valued at $860 per month.
