C. Y. Property Management is currently seeking an individual to join our team as a resident manager! This position requires you to live on-site and perform the everyday duties of a professionally managed apartment complex. The property has 88 apartments, clubhouse and laundry facilities and is located in Oroville, CA. This is a full time position. Compensation includes a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath apartment plus additional wages. Health, Life, Vision and Dental insurance is available.
Job duties include: marketing and touring available apartments with potential residents, processing rental applications, preparing legal notices/contracts, handling all resident requests and concerns including maintenance issues, performing move in and move out inspections and maintaining clean and well cared for complex grounds.
Skills needed are:
Self-motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, administrative team, and the public.
Previous Resident Manager Experience is not required. We will train hard working and dedicated employees.
