We believe A Players are paid 2x fair market but deliver at least 3x the performance of others, and expect that from all we work with.
We know that a true A Player will "WOW" us on a regular basis and expect that from all we work with.
We also know that a true A Player does not need to be managed, that they will know (better than we do?) what needs to be done, once they have wrapped their heads around the product and opportunity (which is MASSIVE and highly profitable).
