⢠Participate in sale cycle with provided leads, and close deals daily
⢠Designs systems face to face with homes owners in their home
⢠Present the benefit of solar to homeowners, and close deals on this basis: home value increase, ROI, Rebates, Customer owned systems
⢠Display strong negotiation, sales presentation, & closer skills
⢠Supporting customer needs throughout the sales process finding solutions to any issues
⢠Meeting company sales targets along with setting goals to exceed for yourself

Required skills:
⢠Availability to run 2-3 appointments daily between the lead times given
⢠Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
⢠Successful track record of exceeding sales targets, building a new book of business
⢠Working in a team environment to help motivate others
⢠Ready to invest time and hard work to be a part of a leading solar company
⢠Must be flexible to work evening in-home sales appointments and Saturdays
⢠Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout territory
