Ideal candidate will have the following skill and experience:
7 years of development experience
4 years of lead experience as a developer
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in analyzing customer service interactions through data mining and knowledge discovery techniques and identifying opportunities for AI solutions to improve customer service
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in implementing AI solutions including Chatbots utilizing IBM Watson applications and services (or other similar service)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning applications.
