In charge of phone, e-mail and personnel technical supporting requests and provides tier-1 support on office desktop PC’s and laptops.Set up computers and phones for new hires.Checks workstations for security related issues.Provide PC, laptop, operation systems, and software application upgrade instruction or support.Troubleshoots basic copier, printer, and fax machine issues such as paper jams and replaces toners and waste toner boxes as needed.Handle and manage IT related invoices to avoid unnecessary wasting.Handle low-cost IT Non-Trade purchasing process by complying with non-trade purchasing protocol.Replace toner for printers and copiers.Refurbishes old computers that have not phased out.Provides tier-1 support for Neopost stamp meter, GPS and cellular devices, and the Video conferencing system.Support video conference unitAssistant on all user IT devices support and meeting preparation (e.g., speaker and microphone, projector, WI-FI setup, and attendance tracking etc.).
