Responsible for overall Order To Cash process ensuring process and records are up-to-date and maintained in accordance with tax, GAAP, government legislation, and Corporate internal accounting principles and practices.
Job Description:
· Accounts Payable
· Global owner of the O2C process
· Global owner of AR collection
· Work with business, IT, FP&A and tax department on O2C process related
· Being the interface and point of contact between the organization and customers in relation to new customer credit check, etc.
· Customer master data process
· Develop and maintain strong relationship and effective working environments with all the departments across the O2C business
· Follow-up inquires and perform timely escalation to applicable parties for resolution
· Perform issue resolution of inquires relating to in-scope O2C process
· Analysis of overdue invoices
· Management of customer inquiries & reclamations
· O2C closing activities
· Leading implementation of process changes and improvements initiatives in area of responsibility
· Create procedures and ensure their continuous alignment with current processes
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and set up action plans and their proactive execution
Qualifications:
· BA/BS in Finance, accounting, business administration or related field
· Graduate or professional qualifications such as CPA, MBA, ACCA preferred.
· Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required.
· Current O2C Process Owner / AR Accounting Manager / FP&A Manager / Financial controller position with a manufacturing setup and currently having 5 years SAP experience.
· Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
· A strong work ethic.
· Advanced knowledge of costing analysis and P2P process will be a plus.
