Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for a blended Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician for one of our clients in Claremont, California. This Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing tier I/II hardware and software support for desktop PC's, laptops and peripherals. This Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for workstation setup, account creations, assigning permissions and access through Active Directory. Lastly, this Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician will be encouraged to take on more tasks and step out of the typical their comfort zone while providing exceptional customer service to its end users. Requirements
Must meet most or all of the following:
Must have 2-4 years' experience working in a Windows environment
Must have experience with Active Directory
Experience using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Expected to support 50-100 end users
Experience working in a Mac environment is a plus
Must have basic network troubleshooting issues (TCP/IP, routers, internet connectivity, etc.)
Expected interaction between internal and external employees
Experience with troubleshooting PC Computers
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service skills
Must have experience with ticketing systems
Someone looking for long term growth and development
Someone with lots of patience to walk non-tech savvy end users through their IT issues
Someone with a great attitude to take on new tasks and solve issues
