Qualify and educate potential design customers on services offered
Represent the lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism
Work in close partnership with cross-functional partners to resolve customer concerns promptly
Build brand loyalty and revenue by being well versed in product knowledge, processes and systems
