Creative Services Coordinator

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated contract Creative Services Coordinator to join the Product & Design Creative Services team. This role will require someone who can seamlessly balance operations support and light finance responsibilities while holding an innate curiosity for the big picture. You will help with the coordination of purchase requests and budgeting across our Client s Media Products.
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Creative Services team and a chance to better understand the creative production life-cycle. This person will work directly with our Creative Services Lead and perform non-standardized tasks in a high volume/ fast-paced environment.
While we are part of the creative department, you must have a desire and interest to be part of a service team. Timeliness, accuracy, and helpfulness are essential!
Role and Responsibilities:
Submission of Purchase Requests following a multi-step, multi-tool process
Tracking of Purchase Order statuses, change orders, and invoices
Management of multiple collaborative tracking documents
Submission of urgent payment requests directly to the Accounts Receivable team
Catching errors and correcting them quickly
Support in regular reporting in both written and presentation communications
Assistance with database management
Assist with reporting
Assist with special projects

Qualifications:
5 years of professional working experience
Bachelor s degree
Tour of duty in design, advertising, marketing, production industry a plus
Familiarity with/ Hands on experience with the procure to pay lifecycle
Systems Oriented
Familiarity with budget management and reporting.
