Job Description - Biocompatibility Post-Marketing Associate
Client's Environmental Technologies group is seeking temporary professional services of a Post Marketing Associate to support and manage biocompatibility post-marketing data.
Professional services requested include working with customer cases reported to Biocompatibility team through post-market surveillance database, managing the database,
coordinating case review in working closely with Client Care Site Support Engineering team, biocompatibility team and consultant dermatologists; maintain customer return sample
inventory; coordinate customer return sample testing globally with internal and external testing labs; maintain proper documentation in databases; summarizing cases, statistical analysis and predicting trends where applicable.

Key Requirements
• Proficient with managing and analyzing large datasets
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Working experience with statistical models preferred
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques including GC- and LC-MS
• Advanced MS Excel skills required, experience with Tableau or other reporting tools preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment

Description
This professional services post-marketing associate role is in Client's Environmental Technologies group within Client's Hardware Engineering division. Our mission is to deliver the
world's leading programs on the elimination of hazardous substances, improved material and energy efficiency, as well as design for environment. Client believes that major improvements in
environmental performance will be delivered through product design innovations.
The associate will support the biocompatibility team in managing post-market incident cases through case inventory management, coordinate timely review of cases through working closely
with Client teams internally and with external consultants. The associate will further coordinate testing of field return samples, conduct statistical analysis and help biocompatibility team with
identifying product specific trends and reporting.

Education and Experience
MS/BS in Toxicology/Bio-medical sciences/Nursing. Experience working with large datasets and/or post-market surveillance data management preferred.
