job summary:

Our client is in need of a Help Desk Analyst who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. This person must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. The Help Desk Analyst will work closely with the rest of the Help Desk team to provide a positive customer support experience to the business. This person must have experience working in a multi-unit / multi-brand environment. Has the ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures and be able to work independently on specific support related tasks. The position requires customer service and interpersonal skills.

responsibilities:



  • Responsible for completing support tickets following the prioritization framework.
  • Resolve IT system issues and answer related questions for field branches, field-based personnel and home office staff via phone, email, remote desktop access and site visits.
  • Coordinates with help desk resources from a variety of vendors in areas such as Point of Sale (POS), HR, Accounting and Operations. Responsbile for maintaining contact with vendors and identifies when issues need to be escalated.
  • Communicate with IT leadership and customers to maintain SLA's.
  • Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and services in branches such as internet connections, firewalls, switches, phones, security cameras, scanners, alarms, etc.
  • Installs and supports software and hardware for workstations and mobile devices such as telephones, laptops, tablets, G Suite, and MS Office.
  • Support and coordinate IT vendors during New Store Openings/Remodels, including on-site hardware installation and user training.
  • Assist in assessing and maintaining IT infrastructure such as servers, workstations, laptops, printers and phones.
  • Train end users on IT related systems, software, and processes.
  • Provides ad hoc support for corporate meetings and initiatives.
