Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for Helpdesk or IT Support Analysts for an available positions for a client in the Schaumburg, IL area. Please note: this position is will be remote after 3 months. If you're a self-motivated problem solver who loves to work in a dynamic and positive environment, this may be the role for you. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support end users, work hands-on with a variety of technology and applications, and present solutions to continually improve customer service and processes throughout the organization. Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and phone support to end users regarding any application/technical issues
- Work with a team to provide solutions to technical issues ranging from HP printer and Datamax printers, Dell/Lenovo laptops, and more
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document resolution of technical issues
- Utilize Bomgar for remote support and control
- Reset passwords with Active Directory
Requirements
- Experience with the follow environments and technical tools is a plus: Citrix, Active Directory, VPN client configuration, TCOP/DNS/DHCP, HP/Datamax printers, Microsoft Suite applications, SQL or Microsoft Access database, and Trend Micro Antivirus.
- ITIL or A+ certification is preferred, including other certifications
- Must have ERP experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
