The team builds and manages an ecosystem of Ruby on Rails internal tools, and in order to support this effort we are looking for Ruby developers with professional experience building and maintaining web apps using the Ruby on Rails framework.
Developers should be comfortable with the various parts of the ecosystem around Ruby and Rails development, testing and deployment for medium to large scale codebases.
Lead and manage small development teams of 2 to 4 developers. They should be able to take requirements from the lead developer or project manager and work autonomously through the development process as well as having experience working closely with peers.
Ruby version 2
Rails version 4-6
Some apps are older and are updating to newer versions
Looking for someone who has complex RoR extensive experience.
Advanced rails experience
Team player
Almost peer to peer coding (have to be a team player)
Skills:

Candidates should also be available to work onsite during regular business hours in small development teams of 2 to 4 developers.
