Direct employee who perform duties of ground labor and/or equipment operation.
Maintain department standards for quality and quantity of work performedby directing laborers and equipment on work duties and deadlines.
Relieve Clean Up and Set Up Crew Supervisors as needed.
Help move equipment from one ranch location to another using company vehicle and trailers.
Aid in the development of employees.
Monitor job performance, productivity, and timecards for the Clean-up/Set-up crew.
Enforce all safety and disease prevention procedures.
Must have good leadership skills and be able to delegate tasks and give direction to co-workers under his/her supervision in a professional and courteous manner.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to lift and move 60 pounds.
Must be capable of performing physical labor, (bending, stooping, shoveling, etc.).
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish and possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to adhere to and communicate safety, quality, bio-security and performance issues to department management.
Ability to learn and perform duties of Crew Supervisor in their absence.
Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant work environment for all employees under his/her responsibility.
Must be able to work various shifts including overtime, holidays and weekends as needed.
Must have a CA Driver’s License and have and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
