Experience in support work environment based on SLAs 5. Flexible to work during weekend based on business requirements 6. Should have experience in Finance or Non-Finance Good-to-Have 1. Experience in Infor Service Management 2. Experience in SyteLine Service Management Module 3. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. 4. Should be able to work on documentation like Business Requirement, test Case preparation, Business process 5. Basic Project Management skills like knowledge of Effort Estimation, Tasks Scheduling, Weekly Status Reporting, Driving Meetings. 6. Infor OS working experience SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance Modules 2 Experience in implementation, Upgrade and Supportl 3 Good documentation skills in Requirements Gathering, Preparing Functional Specs 4 Ability to work independently with little guidance and inputs. 5 Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager on reporting weekly status. 6 Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
