I am looking for outstanding Full Stack Software Engineer (C#, .Net)

About The Company
THEY/PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF INVESTMENT STRATEGIES AND SOLUTIONS TO INVESTORS AROUND THE GLOBE.

This position is in our technology development team, working with our Project Managers and four other Developer/DBAs. The primary objective is development of new functions and support of existing functions in our proprietary portfolio management and reporting web-based application. The role also can support integrations with third-party financial applications.

Design, develop and implement applications and database solutions, including procedures and scripts for data migration.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, such as automating operational processes and data reporting.
Work closely with internal and external users to develop custom tools or applications, ensure new development can be integrated with existing platforms and aligned with future projects.
Maintain and optimize production environment, perform quality checks for existing projects and applications.
Handle application rollouts, system upgrades, and resolve production issues as they arise.
Suggest technical solutions, provide project estimates and prepare design and coding documents.

The Full Stack Software Engineer (C#, .Net), should be able to meet the following requirements:

What are the day to day responsibilities of this position?
Working with project managers and end-users to scope project needs, understand the users' needs, develop and help test the deliverable with the end-user or project manager. This role also supports and answers questions about previously-built functions and features. Flexibility is critical, as we often need to pivot quickly and pick up new tasks dependent on the needs of new or existing clients or changing internal business requirements.

1. SQL Server 2000
T-SQL/DTS/VBA in Excel. These are what we use heavily.

ASP/ASP.net/HTML/CSS/Javascript/VBScript.

Crystal/Active report
MS office

Basic understanding of fixed income or broad capital markets
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
2+ years of work experience in a data intensive role

Do you have a 90 day plan in place or milestones already set for what you need them to do?
First, training with our team and to get acquainted with our applications and database structure. This would normally be done deskside but will instead be via Zoom discussions and screen-sharing. We then will move to small tasks and projects to ensure familiarity with our approach, and will expand to larger projects thereafter. There will be plenty of projects to work on, and lots of engagement with our team, over the next 90 days.
