Having PeopleSoft HR knowledge will have an added advantage
Good understanding of Cloud Application Architecture, Internet Protocols, Network terminologies from an application support perspective will be an added advantage
Prior experience supporting Cloud applications like Taleo, Ariba, SumTotal, Coupa, Workiva will be an added advantage
Prior experience working in a multi-vendor environment, technically coordinating with multiple internal / external customers & vendors and experience in a highly matrixed environment will be a plus
Assist in incident management including problem resolution and tracking problems
Troubleshooting critical, highly complex customer problems in Store & Corporate environments by working closely with other IT Teams
Should have good knowledge of IT technologies and developments
Provide proactive communication to the customer on various problems
Provide fast value-add responses to inbound tickets from customers, acknowledging receipt and providing next steps to the customer through both written and verbal channels
Should be available 24x7 on-call whenever needed and work with various internal teams & vendors
Open to working on weekends & holidays whenever needed
