Title: Data Analyst
Contract: 1 year
Location: El Dorado Hills California 95762 (remote during COVID)
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
Responsible for data extraction, transformation, loading, tracking, and reporting
Works with marketing managers to define business requirements for data needs/requests using existing data sources
Ensures the quality and accuracy of data files and data load that support the delivery of engagement, retention and acquisition campaigns
Documents business processes and improvement initiatives
Maintains dashboards with key performance metrics in digital marketing
Develops strong relationships and works collaboratively across the marketing organization
Supports the development of a marketing database system designed to meet the specialized analytical and operational needs of the marketing organization
Provides support to digital marketing activities such as email marketing, Google Analytics, and digital adoption campaigns
Develops forecasting models for digital adoption and cost savings
Provides support to annual member renewal activities and data management processes
Skills:
Experience in data programming and developing scripts using SAS & SQL
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Capable of managing deadlines and working simultaneously on a variety of tasks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and develop insights and recommendations
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Excellent writing, presentation and facilitation skills
Superior math, analytical and problem-solving skills
Programming skills in Visual Basics a plus
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision
Solution-oriented, resourceful, and able to take initiative to make things happen and improve processes
Strong desire to learn different areas in digital marketing with the potential to evolve this role
