Title: Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
REMOTE Opportunity
Start Date: ASAP
No C2C/Corp-to-Corp
Must be authorized to work in US without restriction or sponsorship
Responsibilities:
Establishing and Maintaining Inter-Plan Plan profiles
o operational management - implement and maintain Plan Profiles for all control groups
o review and manage plan profiles all hosted groups
o provide ad hoc reports on profiles and status as needed
Administering Consent and Participation agreements (PAR)
o Verify groups' financial arrangement on file
o Consent and Participation agreements are renewed annually and established for new groups added during the contract period
o Establish 'evergreen" agreements wherever practical to reduce administrative overhead
Maintaining internal operational data stores including the Control Data Base, Per Claim Database, ITS Suffix / Prefix table
Supporting Association reporting - including but not exclusively
o Inter-plan Programs Enrolment Report (IPPER) - generate and submit membership information
Supporting client reporting - including but not exclusively
o Financial reporting - generate and submit membership information
o Ad Hoc reports
Supporting growth through new Blue Cross of California Control Plan sales by assisting the Sales and Account Management teams with:
o Group orders - update group orders for national accounts with appropriate National field indicators and ID card selections
o New group on-boarding
Skills:
1 - 3 years business analysis experience with a bachelor's degree or 3 to 5 years healthcare industry experience
Software Skills Required: Excel
