The Senior IT Manager will be the primary IT business partner for the Global Supply Chain team and will drive the implementation and management of my client s Global Supply Chain to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should bring experience working in SAP S/4 Hana clinical/commercial planning systems and other supply chain applications with the ability to manage projects, maintenance and support requests. The candidate should also be experienced at running IT projects from a strategy, technology, security and process standpoint.

  • Accountable for managing the implementation and delivery of supply chain applications (SAP S/4 Hana), Advanced Planning System (IBP) , Labeling (Optel), Commercial Artwork system, Digital inspection, inventory management, data warehouse technologies, reporting and analytics tools, integration to 3PL, IRT) to meet the business requirements in BeiGene
  • Have a deep understanding for planning methodology, E2E process of supply chain business for clinical and commercial
  • Liaise with vendors, functional partners, Supply Chain team partners, and the business to coordinate implementation and maintenance activities
  • Perform detailed analysis of moderate to complex business process requirements and lead appropriate system solution; assists with the collection, interpretation, validation and documentation of business requirements
  • Master existing solutions for past implementation quickly and provide professional value adding advisory for improvements
  • Manage business requirements and lead the analysis, design, develops, tests, issue solving
  • Proactively identifies and manage business process and/or technical enhancements
  • Works in a systematic way to be involved in projects and effectively communicates with implementation partners
  • Partners with global and local Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
  • Follow and promote policies and procedures to ensure adherence to GxP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements
  • Design and delivers application training to relevant teams for new functionality
  • Works self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter expert
  • Follows applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of applications or application modules
  • Demonstrates company values on a consistent basis and demonstrate a commitment to company values

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6-8 years related professional experience in IT and Supply Chain.
  • Experience in multi-national Pharmaceutical company is required
  • Minimum of 6 years related SAP/Client experience with configuring and supporting the following functions: Supply Chain Planning and Production Planning
  • Experienced in managing clinical and commercial planning systems for Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Replenishment Planning
  • Has experience for integrating SAP with planning systems, 3PL, IRT system.
  • Master other Supply Chain System like Commercial Artwork system, Digital inspection, inventory management, Supply Chain Data Warehouse, various dashboard/reporting/analytic tools, Logistics Tracking System and etc.,
  • Possess understanding of the business objectives and operations of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Planning business functions
  • Knowledgeable with GxP and realization in SAP is required
  • Demonstrates proficiency for standard SAP, Client configuration and internally developed solutions or custom programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective, identify technical enablers, procedural re-engineering solutions and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • SAP certification in PP, APO or IBP is strongly recommended

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position may include managing suppliers; coaching and mentoring of key users, end users with training/orientation/qualification and development plan when required.
