responsibilities:
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
The Consultant will define processes to meet requirements which support the integration of a new service for a State of CA contract. Process customer and device enrollments and unenrollments with vendor. Establish inventory audit process and reporting for customers and devices. Establish financial governance to reconcile vendor billing and customer billing. Initiate end-of-life device replacement process. Review analysis of operational metrics and decision making activities to ensure operational integrity and meet customer expectations and contractual SLA requirements for provisioning, assurance, and any service disconnect requests. Execute launch planning activities, gain order, provisioning, and operational input to build volume forecasts, collaborate with cross functional teams in building strategies to achieve a successful service launch and meet all customer expectations. You will need to understand the complexities of work streams to identify operational and systematic impacts/gaps as well as integration with other touch points for state contract requirements.
You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the service plan and determine the appropriate requirements and actions needed to onboard a new vendor.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with logistics or project scheduling services including operational metrics, vendor compliance, audits, and communication plans.
Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
Ability to think outside the box, how to adapt current and new processes to support new initiatives.
strong ability to create management reporting to detail current status and future plans.
Desire to improve processes and achieve targets.
strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills required in order to lead cross functional teams

Previous experience with Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) networked devices
Managed networking as a service
Experience with State or Local Government Contracts
Current PMI Certification
Current ITIL Certification
